Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage for a replacement or refund.
